Holidays are always welcomed by all of us. Children are more
interested in holidays than elders. They want to enjoy their time. The elders
also feel happy when they get off from their daily routine but they also have
commitment to their work. That is why they cannot behave childish on many
occasions. Season’s greetings are sent on every important occasion including
Christmas mostly, and many others. Those days may be any occasion of life like
thank you, warm wishes, thanksgiving, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day,
etc.
Season’s greetings are also the name of wishing people from
other religions. They live with you, so they have rights to you. It is a
goodwill gesture to greet them as well. Season’s
greetings are not limited to personal life where you greet your kids, parents
and other close relatives. It is about showing your attachment with each other.
Whenever it is some special occasion, business people greet their employees
with several things. A simple card is mostly the best thing to give on special
occasion.
Bosses may
give cards on birthdays of employees. The employee feels so special about his
direct relationship with his boss. On big achievements, boss or the entire
staff can give a person a card, a bouquet and a gift. Farewell parties are also
important from this point of view. The same gifts are good to give on farewells
as well. These small practices increase motivation in employees. Employees get
to know they are an important part of the organization and they like to work
even harder than before. On top of everything, we are human beings and we
should remain in touch with our close ones.
